As promised at our spring kick off meeting, I have typed my welcome to spring speech.
You mean more to Tony's than just being a warm body. We need more than just your muscles and your brains. We need 100% from each of you. Times are tough. Expect Tony's to expect more from you. Make sure you contribute more than you cost. Prove your worth. Make a difference. Add enough value so everyone can see that something very important would be missing if you left. There are no guarantees in todays world. When Tony's gets better and better, all of our futures will be brighter. We need each other.
Commitment is a gift you should give yourself. We all want to exceed. Jump in with both feet and wrap your arms around Spring!
